Equipment failures do not respect working hours. Our emergency response service operates 24 hours, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
Response times (Dar es Salaam):
- AMC customers: within 2 hours
- Non-contract: within 4 hours
Outside Dar es Salaam we mobilise by next available transport.
Our response vehicles carry:
- Diagnostic tools (oscilloscope, thermal camera, Fluke power quality analyser)
- Common wear parts for Cummins, Perkins, Volvo Penta and Caterpillar
- AC refrigerant cylinders (R-22, R-410A, R-134a)
- Basic electrical materials
A detailed fault report is provided after every emergency callout. For clients on an AMC, emergency labour is included.
