Our Annual Maintenance Contracts remove the risk of unplanned breakdowns and budget surprises. An AMC covers:
- Scheduled preventive maintenance visits (monthly, quarterly or bi-annual, as agreed)
- Priority response for breakdown calls (within 4 hours in Dar es Salaam)
- Discounted parts pricing
- Labour included for all scheduled visits
- Dedicated account manager
- Monthly service report and equipment health dashboard
Contracts are available for generators, AC systems, solar systems, electrical infrastructure or any combination. Multi-site contracts available at preferential rates. Contract terms: 12 or 24 months.
