Regular servicing extends the life of your AC system and keeps electricity consumption low. Our service covers:
- Indoor evaporator coil deep clean (chemical wash)
- Outdoor condenser coil clean
- Filter wash and inspection
- Drain pan and drain line flush
- Refrigerant pressure check
- R-22 or R-410A top-up if required (charged separately by weight)

- Fan motor current measurement
Service takes approximately 1 hour per indoor unit. Discounted rates for 3+ units at the same site.
