Full preventive maintenance service at the 250-hour mark - filters, oil, belts and full inspection.
Our 250-hour preventive maintenance service is the single most important thing you can do to extend the life of your generator. Service includes:
- Engine oil and oil filter replacement
- Air filter cleaning or replacement
- Primary and secondary fuel filter replacement
- Fuel water separator element change
- Fan belt and alternator belt inspection and replacement if worn
- Coolant level check and top-up
- Battery condition test (voltage and load)
- AVR voltage output check and adjustment
- Earth continuity check
- Full run test under load with report
All OEM-spec consumables are supplied. A service report is issued on completion. We carry spare parts for Cummins, Perkins, Volvo Penta and Caterpillar generator sets.
