Redmeto Limited supplied and installed solar-powered borehole water pumping systems for rural communities across Tanzania, providing sustainable, off-grid water access without reliance on diesel fuel or the national grid.
Each installation comprised a ground-mounted solar panel array on a galvanised steel structure, a submersible borehole pump and controller, a concrete or masonry pump house, distribution chambers, and HDPE pipework connecting the borehole to storage tanks and community distribution points.
Multiple sites were completed under this programme, ranging from compact single-array systems to larger multi-panel installations serving schools, clinics, and village water supply points.
