Residential Building Construction - Coastal Tanzania

This portfolio of residential building projects showcases our capability in delivering complete private housing developments along the Tanzanian coast. Works span the full construction cycle - from concrete block wall construction and reinforced concrete slab casting, through to plastering, tiling, joinery, and external landscaping with interlocking block paving.

Projects include two-storey houses with arch-style windows, teak wooden doors, tiled staircases, and grey metal roofing, as well as modern contemporary homes with large aluminium-framed glass windows and flat cornices. Boundary perimeter walls with decorative pillar features were also constructed to complete the compounds.
